First Floor:
Bedroom One with king size bed

Bathroom (en-suite) with whirlpool bath and separate shower cubicle.

Through Bed 1 and upstairs to:

Small loft room for children (5 years +) with two 2’6” beds. Low sloping ceiling (unsuitable for adults)

Outside: Lawned garden with seating and Barbecue
